As someone who has worked in the mental health field and as a school psychologist, I have witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of burnout. It can take a toll on our well-being, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and trapped in a cycle of reaction. Rather than simply focusing on how to mitigate burnout, I have developed a program that aims to proactively promote our mental and emotional well-being by empowering individuals to manage their own thoughts and emotions.
